The Philosophy of Healing
IHHAA, the International Holistic Healing Arts Association, practises a non rigid modern style of holistic healing that engages the five human senses through arts, music, food, crafts, nature, and all forms of creative expression to restore balance across the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of a person. It delivers flexible programs to schools, healthcare facilities, and underserved communities, while building & enriching a global network of practitioners and giving people practical tools for stress management and emotional expression.
Who We Are
International Holistic Healing Arts Association (IHHAA) believes holistic healing involves all five human senses - sight, smell, touch, taste, and hearing. We use creative expression to bring wellness to communities that need it most.
Art means more than painting. It's music that soothes anxiety, dance that releases emotions, writing that gives voice to pain, eating the right food to heal from within and drama that builds confidence. Any creative activity that helps people heal becomes our tool.
Our Mission
Community Outreach
We partner with schools, government departments, healthcare facilities, factories, and community organizations to bring programs directly to people.
Creative Modalities
We recognize healing happens differently for everyone. Some find peace through music, others through movement, many through creative combinations.
Early Intervention
For young people, we focus on prevention - teaching healthy coping tools early rather than waiting for a crisis to strike.
